Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Pixel Harbor Games LLC ("Pixel Harbor Games", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit pixelharbor.games (the "Site") or use games and apps we publish on the Apple App Store and Google Play (the "Apps"). It applies to every App published under the Pixel Harbor Games developer name. If an App has additional terms in its store listing or in the App, those apply as well.

Who we are

Pixel Harbor Games LLC, a limited liability company organized in California, USA, is the developer and publisher of the Apps and operates the Site. Privacy contact: info@pixelharbor.games.

Information we collect

We do not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, photos, health or financial account data through the Apps. Payments for in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google; we never receive your card details.

How we use information

Legal bases (EEA and UK users)

We process personal data to perform our contract with you (providing the App or answering your request), based on our legitimate interests (security, analytics and improving our games), with your consent where required (for example, personalized advertising), and to meet legal obligations.

Advertising and tracking

Some free Apps may show ads from advertising partners. On iOS, we ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking across other companies' apps and websites. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. You can change these choices at any time.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising without the consent required by law. We share information only with:

We require every third party with whom we share user data to provide the same or equal protection of that data as stated in this Privacy Policy and as required by the Apple App Store and Google Play policies, and to use it only for the services they provide to us.

Service providers we currently use

When an App uses additional providers (for example, analytics or advertising SDKs), we will list them here before that App is released.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above:

Deleting your data and withdrawing consent

You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time, including without reinstalling an App. Go to pixelharbor.games/delete-data, use the in-app option where an App offers one, or email info@pixelharbor.games. When we delete an account, we also delete the user data associated with it, except data we must keep by law. You can withdraw consent for tracking or personalized ads in your device settings, and unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California (CCPA/CPRA) and the European Economic Area and UK (GDPR), you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. To make a request, email info@pixelharbor.games or use our Support page. We will respond within the time required by law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

The Site and our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If an App is designed for children, its store listing and an App-specific notice will describe how we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play Families requirements. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We protect information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access limited to people who need it, two-factor authentication on our accounts and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and authorities of a breach where the law requires.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page and change the date above. If changes are significant, we will provide additional notice in the Apps or by email.
