These Terms of Use govern your use of pixelharbor.games (the "Site"), operated by Pixel Harbor Games LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. Games and apps we publish may have their own terms, including the app store's standard end user license agreement.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt it, access it by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, or submit content you do not have the right to share.

Pitch submissions

Submitting a pitch does not create a partnership, publishing agreement or confidentiality obligation, and does not transfer any rights in your game to us. You keep ownership of everything you send. We may already be working on or receive ideas similar to yours, and nothing in these terms limits our independent work. Any publishing relationship will exist only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, including the Pixel Harbor Games name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.
